Questions we get asked

Buy the size of your bed. The duvet cover fits a standard US duvet of the same size, the fitted sheet fits a mattress up to about 14 in (35 cm) deep, and the pillowcases fit Standard (20 × 30 in) or King (20 × 40 in) pillows. All the measurements are on the Care & Materials page.

A duvet cover can comfortably fit both a Full and a Queen duvet, so it is made in one size for both. A fitted sheet cannot: one cut for a Queen mattress is loose on a Full. So the sheet sets come in Twin, Queen and King only.

A flat sheet, a fitted sheet and pillowcases. The Twin set has one standard pillowcase, the Queen set two standard and the King set two king pillowcases. Pillowcases in the set are plain-edged; the flanged ones are sold separately as a pair.

No. It is a cover only. Inside are four cotton ties, one at each corner, to hold your duvet in place.

Very little. Every piece is washed and tumble dried before it ships, so most of the shrinkage has already happened. Allow up to 2% more on the first wash, and wash at 40°C rather than hot.

Because it is. Stonewashed linen is meant to look relaxed, and it creases again as soon as you use it. You can iron it, but most people do not.

Soft for linen, and softer every time it is washed. It still has the texture of linen; it will never feel like cotton sateen.

Dusk and Charcoal can give off a little dye in their first few washes. Wash them on their own until the rinse water runs clear, and keep them away from pale towels.

As close as we can make them, but screens differ and linen changes with the light: Dusk looks greyer by day and bluer under lamps. If you are unsure, email us and we will describe it in more detail.

We dispatch from Hong Kong within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 12 business days to the United States and 10 to 20 elsewhere. Details are in the Shipping policy.

$10 per order to the United States, free on US orders of $150 or more, and $25 per order everywhere else. Every order is tracked.

Possibly. Duties and taxes depend on the rules of the country the parcel enters, including the United States. They are not included in our prices and, if charged, are collected by the carrier.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and unwashed, in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back bedding that has been slept in or washed. Email us first; the Refund policy has the details.

Email us as soon as you can. If it has not been dispatched, we cancel it and refund in full. Once it has left, the returns terms apply instead.
